He was the perfect professional to deal with the county permit process. It was a relief for us to hand this over to him, since we were out of state homeowners. Being that Larry has worked as an architect for so many years he was a great resource to find reputable contractors. We were fortunate that he also acted as Project Manager and could oversee the details of the remodel with a contractor that he already had an established relationship with. His knowledge and expereince made it very simple for us to get exactly what we wanted, vice using a plan or company that already has house plans that did not suit our needs.
